Terms of Service

Ordering & delivery

• We currently deliver to Rivers, Delta, and Bayelsa State only
• Every item has a daily order cutoff — orders placed after it move to the next available delivery date, shown clearly at checkout
• Everything is made fresh to order overnight, not prepared in advance and reheated
• A delivery fee may apply depending on your location and is always shown before you pay, never added afterward

Prices & payment

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise
• Prices can change, but never after you've paid for an order — you pay exactly what you were shown at checkout
• Payment is processed securely by Paystack. We don't receive or store your card or bank details
• An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds

Cancellations & refunds

• You can cancel an order free of charge any time before the daily cutoff for its delivery date
• Once preparation has started, we generally can't cancel or refund the order, since the ingredients are already committed — message us on WhatsApp and we'll always look at it case by case
• If an order arrives wrong, damaged, or not at all through a fault of ours, we'll refund or redo it at no extra cost — just reach out within 24 hours of your delivery window

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your phone number's SMS access secure, since it's how you sign in
• Please keep your delivery address accurate and complete — we can't deliver correctly to an address that isn't
• You agree not to use the platform for anything fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful

Our liability

We work hard to get every order right. That said, to the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order — we don't accept liability for indirect losses (for example, missing an event because a delivery ran late). Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and make a reasonable effort to let you know directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
